A great find, not another one like it online. This shirt is marked 1993 Anthem Ent / Rush. Its an original Brockum shirt, sized XL. It was released during the Counterparts album tour. The front has an Albrecht Durer woodcut of Adam & Eve, while the arm has SLAVE TO THE HORMONE written on it. It's a lyric from a song off the album. The shirt is a hoodie, but it's made of t-shirt material.

It is a used vintage item with some light wear, but the piece holds up nicely and is good to go for daily wear. There is a small hole / tear right where one of the strings comes out of the hood.
